Meeting with your private driver near the hotel and departure towards Ouarzazate. The road crosses the High Atlas Mountains, gradually climbing up to the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m) above sea level. Along the way, you will pass through traditional Berber villages, old trade routes, and experience authentic Moroccan daily life. Entering the Ounila Valley, you will arrive at the famous Ksar Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best-preserved examples of fortified architecture in Morocco. After exploring the village, continue through Ouarzazate (known as the “Hollywood of Morocco”) and follow the Road of the Thousand Kasbahs until reaching the stunning Dades Valley, famous for its dramatic rock formations and lush landscapes.

After breakfast, departure towards Merzouga Desert. The journey includes a visit to the spectacular Todra Gorges, a dramatic canyon that separates the High Atlas from the Jebel Saghro Mountains. After a walk inside the gorge, continue across the vast Tafilalet Oasis, reaching Erfoud, known for its fossilized stones and desert gateway. The route passes through Rissani, birthplace of the Alaouite Dynasty, ancestors of Morocco’s current royal family. From here, the adventure continues to Merzouga, where you switch from car to camel trekking (about 1h30 minutes) across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi, enjoying a breathtaking sunset. Arrive at your luxury desert camp for dinner under the stars with traditional music and overnight in a nomadic-style tent.
DAY 3 - Merzouga Desert to Marrakech (Approx. 500 km)Wake up early to witness the magical sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes. After a camel ride back to Merzouga (about 1h30 minutes), enjoy breakfast and a refreshing shower before starting the return journey to Marrakech. Travel west through the beautiful Valley of Roses, the Skoura Oasis, and again along the Road of the Thousand Kasbahs until reaching Ouarzazate. Continue through the High Atlas Mountains, crossing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, and descend into the plains of Marrakech. The drive offers breathtaking panoramas, colorful landscapes, and countless photo opportunities.
